Sweet September

Our 40 year class reunion has come and gone but one we won't soon forget. There just wasn't enough time to spend more than 5 or 10 minutes with one person! Where did the time go...seems like only yesterday we were anxiosly awaiting the 6th period bell to ring so we could get out of school!

I always looked forward to school most every day. It's so different now. I don't think my grandchildren feel that way about school these days........I wish it would be better for them!

I can't believe I have kept this Panthergram for 40 years! Especially since I have moved a total of 17 times!

A video that I put together of photos of the last 3 years of get together's of my high school friends. After the last class reunion (35 years) we decided to keep in closer touch. Our group is growing! Now we meet here at the beach in Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan for Shrimp Festival (and other times) and at Kaye's in Alabaster for Christmas. It seems we just picked up where we left off in high school!

If you are reading this then you are probably in the the JHS 1969 Class Reunion group. I am trying to learn this blogging stuff. Sure wish we had this way back then! I don't think I could even envision still being alive in the year 2009 back in 1969, could you? So just in case you have gotten this far, now do you remember me? "Here's a girl you is never still always talking and always will". Somebody knew me better than I knew myself way back then! I think it was Judi Woodley Ward....
